I have a Worry Package

'I Have a Worry' is a vibrant, engaging story that supports children, teens and adults alike to recognise that worries/anxiety do exist and starts to provide strategies to deal with them.

The Colouring-in book provides a further step, allowing children to personalise the thinking about worries and gives them a 'safe place' to write down their feelings or just relax to think about them.
